Welcome to Teenage Health Project

The Teenage Health Project exists for the students of Rivington & Blackrod High School to receive help and support through life's problems and issues. Our friendly health workers are fully qualified, trained and experienced in helping young people to work through their problems and overcome bad habits.

On this site you will find a wealth of information about the most common problems young people like yourself face. Have a read through and be sure to ask any questions that you might have by clicking on 'Ask Questions' above.

You can always e-mail the Teenage Health Project any time at thealth@rbhs.co.uk or call into the Teenage Health Room during school times.

Teenage Health Room Drop-ins

The health drop-in is delivered by the Teenage Health Coordinator, Emma. You can see her for any concerns or worries you may have, for example, bullying, eating problems, stopping smoking etc.

During the drop-ins, we maintain confidentiality unless we feel you are in danger - if this happens, we will discuss it with you.

Monday Parallel nurse drop-in (lunch)
Tuesday General nurse drop-in (lunch)
Wednesday Health drop-in (break & lunch)
Thursday Health drop-in (break & lunch)
